Great news... The tickets for the play off game on 12th of April are Live for season ticket holders
and the system they have used to save the season ticket exclusively for season ticket holders via the Steelers Hub worked great first time and could not have been simpler!

If your are a season ticket holder already... just head over to your account on the Steelers Hub and they are in there already!!
it just says: you have ticket saved that need to be paid for, you click the link and thats it, it send you to the payment section... confirm you payment and they appear in your Steelers Hub including a tab to add them to your Google wallet!

Tickets for Sheffield Steelers vs TBC on Sunday 12th April at 16:00 PM have been added to your Sheffield Steelers account and require payment.

To pay for your tickets, please log into your account or click the Pay for your tickets button below.

Please note that your tickets will be held for 96 hours, after which they will be released if payment has not been made.

Once payment has been made, you can view your eTickets by logging into your account.




You can also add the eTickets to your phones wallet for easy access on game day, it is recommended to add your tickets to your wallet for the best match night experience.

Have to agree they've nailed this, simple system and avoids TicketMaster fees.

Hopefully this is how they'll do future non-season ticket games next year.

This was much better than before, the CC game 20 mins after they went live someone had sniped my seat, and my mates.
Could only have been another season ticket holder, why steal someone else's seat ?

This new method reserves your actual seat, before it let you purchase any seat.

Very easy to use, cuts down on the long winded frustrating Ticketmaster experience!

It wasn't so much an option... more of an alert that says you have an outstanding payment due...
unfortunately i cant screenshot anything to show you, has the option disappears once you select it and pay the due amount...

I can't even get to the part that requests payment even though I am logged onto the Hub

I think I had to hard refresh the page.. if that helps...
