Whilst there are more important things in life to be concerned about at present, I just wondered if anyone has received a refund for the three games left on the car park season ticket.
The info about refunds only mentioned game tickets and playoff tickets.

We've not heard anything. I guess we need to take it up with the arena directly. That said, be very useful if anyone has information they could share.

Honestly, I wouldn't hold your breath if your expecting anything to be volunteered, maybe they should recognise this and take it of the total of next years Car Park Season Ticket...

Maybe they will link it to the extra games Season Ticket holders will get next year.

For various reasons we don't buy a season ticket for parking. We work on which games we will attend, and then buy one lot of tickets for the games before Christmas, and later on buy the tickets for post Christmas games. Sometime last week I noticed on my bank statement that £15 had been refunded by SIV. I hadn't asked for a refund - it was one of those jobs I was going to get round to. It's fair to say I'm surprised by their efficiency, but very pleased.

Having decided that I would need to approach the box office directly about the refund this was the response: -

I do think that the info about refunds on social media should have included this info.

Very poor from SIV in my opinion.
