I assume we would know by now if he was going. Have to hope he realises what needs to change-but we said that last year. Have to just get behind him now and hope that he puts together a roster that can compete for the league

Maybe not, there could be concern about the impact on season ticket sales, in any case the longer it goes without a statement the more it looks like they are looking at other candidates, surely they have already made their minds up about retaining or releasing Fox for next season. Delaying just makes them look indecisive but maybe he's gone and they don't want to announce it until a replacement is signed up.

I don't think this is correct. There's nothing to announce if he's not being sacked because he's already under contract.mark wrote: ↑Fri Apr 21, 2023 6:28 pmMaybe not, there could be concern about the impact on season ticket sales, in any case the longer it goes without a statement the more it looks like they are looking at other candidates, surely they have already made their minds up about retaining or releasing Fox for next season. Head coach Aaron Fox is continuing his player exit meetings with all of the team ahead of building a new side for the 2023-24 EIHL season.

He's going no where, depending on the terms of the contract that Tony gave Fox & Carter, it would cost Smith to sack them & pat up the remaining years of said contract.
Personally (it must be the morphine) but I think he'll get it right next season
