Unless Fox brings in a big stay at home D man to play alongside Petgrave, then no thanks.

Mosey I'm torn on but him missing 20 games last season doesbt help the team, we need healthier, younger, hungrier players imo.

Would love to see Neumann back in Orange next season.

I would also love to see Josh Batch & Tedesco in Orangevas well but think Batch will stay on Cardiff - especially now Russell is the head coach & Tedesco will be playing in Europe after a fantastic 1st season in Guildford

In my view that leaves us very weak for Brits. Jackson can only ice every other game because of injury and Alex has potential but relatively unproven to hold down a permanent spot. Pity we gave not gone back to Leeds for Shudra and Brown.

We will need some stunning imports if we are to improve on last year. Not optimistic.

I mean, Dowd is probably the best Brit forward other than Conway (although accept he's not getting younger), Brandon Whistle was probably in the GB team if not for injury, Sam Jones was in the GB squad.

If we got Jackson Whistle, then honestly don't understand how that is a weak set of Brits.

Is a decent 4 Brits, add in a Brit back-up probably Warburton or McLaughlin.

There's not many actual Brit D-men above Jones - Richardson would be one that comes to mind but can't see us getting him from Cardiff.

Shudra and Brown probably get more money and certainly more ice time in the NIHL than they would with an EIHL team so not that surprising they stayed there.

Other EIHL level Brits making the move as well, Stenton from Clan has signed in Solway - who looked to be holding his own there.
