I felt there was some niggle in the first period and then went completely flat when they came back out and stayed that way through P2&3.

Fox also not happy. Let’s hope for a big response tomorrow against the Storm.

No doubt Mitchell will come in tonight, but it's going to be interesting to see who sits out (there are plenty to choose from).

He needs to send Mitchell out there with a fire in his belly and a rocket up his arse and tell him he is playing for his place and he needs to bring to the team the attributes we hired him for, and get back to the nasty SOB he can be, when Mitchell is on it.. he is chirping at the opersition players AND his own teammates all night trying to get under their skin and also motivate his team and we have seen very little of that from him of late..

We were saying the same bringing Mitchell back whilst we were waiting 9 mins for the stream to come back on. I’d drop Mosey and get the McNally, Connolly & Mitchell line back together which I thought was really effective and brought energy and physicality.

I might be reading too much into that interview but I think there are 1 or 2 players that either step up or be shipped out with new reinforcement to come in.

Fox will need to hurry up then as I think the transfer deadline is at the end of this month. Could be wrong though. I don’t understand how we can go from playing well to not seeming interested in putting in the effort. Baffles me it really does.

Just to give credit where it is due, I received an email from Steelers tv crediting me a free stream against the next home game against the Clan (1st April). Good customer service that.
