Whistle mom for me

He stepped up and was immense in the face off circle.

Well done Steelers!

That was a huge third period though - going down 1-2 at the beginning but finishing it 6-3 winners. I'll forgive their lapses for that result :Smiled:

Well that was a great game to watch in my opinion, not great for the nerves. Let's see how the 2nd game goes. I hope it's Belfast

What an incredible game, the entertainment by both teams was a joy to watch, a great advert for the EIHL.

Well played boys, you were relentless in that 3rd period, losing players like Sir Marco & Neumann would hurt you massively but the likes of Balmas, Saucerman, Tansey & Whistle all stood tall in out hour of need

Rest up tonight boys, enjoy Belfast & Cardiff hitting each other about a bit & go again tomorrow for the Grand Slam

Such character in the face of adversity. If we can attack that well tomorrow and stop making largely unforced errors in D, we must win.

Who was MoM?

Deserved it for that one goal he made. Several other good candidates though. Balmas as usual and didn’t Whistle step up today?!
