Does it just mean that the sponsorship money was paid in advance? It is the same with the Steeldogs

Much better performance all round, better decisions with the puck and positionally.
Watling is getting back to true game speed and it showed, not just with his goal but he was so much more involved and felt like he had his step back both on offense and on the back check.
Ritchie looking more comfortable - can tell he really wants a goal, but he's very good on the boards and at helping the cycle in the zone.
Reece Kelly was excellent again. I'm getting more and more convinced he's going to be the one who effectively replaces Richardson at GB level. Growing in confidence on the puck, and gets good stops on the rush.
More of the same tonight hopefully

Good to get the win and a solid performance all round. It’s no coincidence that we’re better defensively when Tansey is back on D.
I expected much more from Manchester, especially with them being close in the standings, but they offered absolutely nothing. In fact I thought the game was a complete bore fest.
We will still need to up our level against Cardiff though, as last night’s performance won’t be enough to beat them.
