I must be a Mr Thicko, but how do I get the ticket on my phone?
I clicked on the Digital Version and it is in the hub, but there is no option to save the ticket on my phone. I also want to put my wife’s ticket in her phone as it her ticket.

You aren’t Mr Thicko, Shaun!
I sent an email to the office a week ago asking how to do this, as the usual “Add to Wallet” button seen elsewhere isn’t there. I sent a chaser for a response today.

Like you, I expected to be able to do this instantly, but the functionality isn’t where it should be. Hopefully, it will appear before the start of the season.

A reply of some sort from the office, even if it just says “be patient”, would be helpful..
I’ll let you know if I hear anything.

Hi Shaun

I used the snipping tool in windows and saved it as a.png then sent it to my phone, but a really quick way would be to get the steelers hub ticket up on the screen of your phone, zoom in, and do a screenshot.

On an android phone its depressing the power and sound down buttons simultaneously.
On an iphone its the power and sound up buttons together.
Then it should save it in your photos on your phone.

Thanks, I have done this, but I’d like it in my wallet, like my car parking was last year (this year I have a paper ticket) so it would be easier to find and I can share my wife’s and daughter with her.

Maybe they could have put this out on SM once or twice instead of endless reminders about boring pre-season games...

Is anyone else having problems login to steelers. I can login on my iPad but the phone version goes through endless repeats of the security screen to prove you are human ie recognising images with a bike for example. As a result I have been forced to order the card season ticket. Why are this lot so bad at technology?

End of the day bryan ,i think your better with card version, more peace of mind

Has anyone received a card season ticket yet? We ordered ours but to sign of them or even a response from Steelers.
