I would be very surprised if we see him at the Steelers next season. European contracts will be double what we will be able to offer financially. Hope he doesn’t go to someone in the EIHL would be my only concern.

Saw that but doubt it. Didn't he mention this might be his last year earlier in the season? Couple that with everything he's been going through with his wife's family and the situation in Ukraine, and his age, I think retirement or back home in Czechia will be more likely.
