Sounds like a very good performance and pre-season.
Listening to Fox though, it appears we are quite banged up? No taking it easy in pre-season by the sounds of things.
Hope Ivan is ok. If it's a dislocated shoulder then he could be out a few weeks.

I suspect IBN has dislocated his shoulder. Guessing it'll be dependant on how much tendon/ligament damage it's caused in terms of how long he's out.
Overall i thought it was a bit of a dull game. Picked it up in the 3rd though.
Didn't watch Saturday so first look at Cardiff. Probably not representative of how they'll be once everyone back. Thought Shinkaruk looks the real deal, along with MacWilliam and Duke. Harewood certainly did himself no harm - think they slept on him a bit last year.
I still have them 3rd behind Belfast and us. I don't think they'll have the depth over a full season.
