So if the club really wanted to, they could break the Sheffield Arena all time record attendance (for ice hockey) if 1,000 extra seats are installed and sold.
According to those stats that's stood for 28 years!
There's not just the availability of the extra seating to consider, they'd need to find extra netting for that end of the arena too. I'm pretty sure it's a legal requirement to have it behind the goals if there's seating there.
Less than 100 seats available according to the latest report, although it does mention there is still availability in the away supporters section which is understandable.

You know what ?, I'm not often given to praising Nottingham fans but that is an awesome response given what happened before, our fans almost had to come back as it's our rink but I'd have totally understood if Nottingham fans decided it was not for them. Well done.
