Playing on ice instead of a pond at the start of p2 and p3 will be novel for the guys.

It is great news, it also said on radio there’s other improvements including better security.

How about doing something withe the sound system? That being said was in Nottingham yesterday for the Olympic matches and, if anything the sound there was worse than ours. Most of the time it was impossible to tell what was being announced.

I cant remember which game it was (Maple leafs Air Canada Centre - I think) but in one of the NHL games we watched we got the use of a set of induction loop headphones or some such similar gear, I can tell you it was the best hockey game I have ever listened to... crystal clear sound and in my opinion still retained the atmosphere in the arena perfectly.. :D :ugeek:

Did they have volume control on them Jay, for they would be wasted if not but then again DS would probably shout over them as well if he could

yeah a little inline volume controller. over the ear type too..
