Game 1. A few empty seats IMG_3690.jpg

Oh dear. No surprises there. I bet at least half of the attendance will be Sheffield & Nottingham fans as well.

Just shows how much the league rely on those two teams.

Let’s hope lessons have been learned with the rip off prices. I also think it’s time for a venue change to Sheffield.

An utter embarrassment for the £IHL and one they need to apologise for and rectify for next year.

How to alienate your fanbase.

That is shocking!

I have never been to a play offs that wasn't a sell out, even when Sheffield or Nottingham didn't qualify.

If Tony Smith thinks concessions make no money how does he feel about empty seats??
A family of 4 = 2 adults & 2 concessions go and enjoy the weekend
A family of 4 with no concessions don’t go and wait for next season.

Businessmen who have let arrogance and hubris overcome sound, solid business sense. Yet again let the fans/supporters down who helped the clubs/league so much during the pandemic.

When I think of all those season ticket holders , like me, who didn't ask for a refund in the first lockdown and let it ride into the next season, not knowing if there was going to be one, just to help the club through financial turbulence. This was just a kick in the teeth and I think it is now time for an apology from the powers that be who decided these prices.
Can't see that happening though , as for the last 6 weeks the Elite site has told us playoff tickets are selling fast ! When they obviously weren't !
