The club released Alex Briggs as our social media manager. Unfortunate casualty of the club cost cutting with the income to be lost over the summer
Won't be the last around the league either as clubs look to survive.

Still technically sacked I guess. He was fully salaried so I guess he was first in line to go.Nathan wrote:He’s put on Twitter he’s been sacked!
Maybe the wrong choice of word.
I wasn’t aware it was a fully paid ‘job’ tbh.

Encouraging people to ‘eat out’ when we should be avoiding said establishments.

Good luck to him, he did a good job for us. It's a horrible time to be job hunting just now.
A Wonan who works in the office and on the Jersey collections desk on match nights is one apparently. I can't find her name now.
Shame they couldn't have hung on for today's announcement re paying wages of furloughed staff

From the BBC newsfeed regarding the wage subsidies:
"Treasury tell me wage subsidy WILL apply to firms where bosses have already had to layoff workers in crisis - as long they're brought back into workforce and instead granted leave of absence. Workers in this situation might want to get on the phone."
So those let go can still be taken back in, and just put on a leave of absence.
