Unless you Pay £5 extra for a plastic card, it's called opt in and you need to pay that for each card.
I get the whole concept of the digital ticket, I really do, but I've always liked the idea of actually having a ticket to call my own and hang on to etc..
Genuine question, how do you keep old of multiple tickets? for instance for a family or for seperate children? In the past a family season ticket was always separate tickets still? each seat in the arena represents 1 ticket doesn't it?
is the club basically saying that children who often dont have phones , now dont need a ticket on entry or do you need seperate digital tickets on your phone.
would or do those without phones have no choice but to pay £5 for a plastic ticket...

I know of at least 5 separate older fans who either dont have a phone or a smartphone and would definitely struggle with a digital ticket too..
