Some of the players aaron has signed since being here havnt been bad players on paper BUT they havnt lived up to their potential.. So the common link here to me is aaron, he either just cant get full potential out of them or simply cant get his tactics correct, and this is what his job is to do as the coach. Done his best but not good enough for what is required, move on

Wonder if Smith may indeed be thinking of a change.
