I think Aaron has a budget to equal Cardiffs and Giants. However you would think that our Brits are higher end earners than their's. This leaves a gap in money available for the stud import players and we get outbid. Just my opinion of course.
We seem to have signed players with question marks hanging over them this year. They may well come through or not, too early to tell yet.
Having to replace good players like Valle, Eberle , Todd and
Armstrong ( ? ) isn't easy .
I like Aaron and wish him well.

So having read other people's comments, here's my two pennerth worth so to speak.
I get that we are an fast skating offensive side but you have to balance it with the D and whilst it is great to have them jump into plays, we get exposed too often if the move breaks down in the O zone. That usually leaves the reliance of the nettie to bail them out as we have seen so many times even pre-Fox.
And he never seems to find the stud goalie that we keep crying out for seasons on end. Will Greenfield or Östlund ever able to be one?
Should we end up with a trophyless season, which is not what we want obviously, what will those making the big decisions do next? Steelers hockey usually means silverware, but can Fox provide that on a regular basis? We will have to see what happens next I guess. I just don't want to go backwards again when we should be pushing forwards.

I thought signing Rok last season at such short notice was well done by Fox, but I think he's really picked a good goalie in Greenfield.
I did enjoy Greenfield's pre-season interview though explaining that he was ready to play and was happy to compete for the number 1 spot. He's certainly proving that so far.
Whilst Oskar has been unlucky with injury, I think he still would have found that he would be number 2 even if fully fit the way Greenfield has started.

I thought Carter Beston-Will was the defensive coach Neil! as well as the assistant coach?
