Re: Return Of The Iceline
Well it was honest enough to a point. Foxy came on and didn't avoid or shirk the questions. Some of his answers made sense, he believes some new guys underestimate the league when arriving from Europe, the allowed overtime goal could have been called either way and the defence is not at fault for go...

Re: Return Of The Iceline
I guess it will focus on getting two points , we were playing with injuries and the refs got it wrong. Oh , and Fife have improved beyond belief. The Emperor's new clothes comes to mind.

Re: GAME THREAD: Flyers v Steelers : Sun 4th : League
Although Foxy keeps saying it I am not sure what he specifically means by , “outworked”. I don't see players skating around lethargically or unwilling to go for the puck. I do see a lack of technique in many areas, poor passing, poor shooting, losing faceoffs, bad stick management leading to turnove...

The ice line will have excuses .There will be no criticism , Number one rule is protect the business.
The presenters are too close to tell it as it is.
Personally I think a win tonight , however narrow , will save them and last night will be soon forgotten

Re: GAME THREAD: Steelers v Flyers: Sat 3rd: League
It may seem daft but I think we need to slow down a little and engage our brains a bit more. Last night we seemed to want to play fast attacking hockey, all very well but if it causes you to make mistakes with poor passes , dodgy stick handling and lack of control leading to turn overs maybe we shou...

Re: GAME THREAD: Steelers v Flyers: Sat 3rd: League
A very poor performance, outbattled and out coached by a team that is not our equal on paper. But fair play to Fife they worked extremely hard to close us down and created good chances of their own. The goal was certainly controversial but as Disco Ray has explained is covered in the rules. I suppos...

Re: GAME THREAD: Blaze v Steelers : Sun 27th : Cup
You are quite right Doom, but under the 2025 squad number rule changes isn't there little room for getting new players in and present players out ?
