Our tickets arrived yesterday and a friends arrived today.
Usually they are in an A4 envelope with a letter thanking us for our continued support but arrived in a small envelope, falling apart and no letter. But at least we have them.

I phoned Arena and they said they would happily scan printed versions of the ticket... it was a non issue to them... I chatted with Ticketmaster chat...then a real person, who said there is no way to swap or upgrade a E-ticket to a printed version (not helpful at all) I understand you would like to ...
