Hopefully Rockwood returns from injury also.

Re: GAME THREAD: Clan v Steelers : Sun 20th : LEAGUE
I can't say I understand the tracking section of the EIHL game centre: It's currently the end of the 2nd, 5-0 Sheffield, however our chance of winning is only 60%, and our expected goals is 1.62 despite already scoring 5? Mitchell Balmas' expected goals is 0.16 despite scoring a hat-trick? What am I...

Only a minor niggle, but storm and devils both have their highlights online from yesterdays games - meanwhile nothing from steelers...

Re: Season Preview
The forwards look to have plenty of creativity, but someone has to be on the end of the chances created. Apart from Balmas, I'm not sure where the goals will come from. Hopefully a few players will produce beyond expectation. This is my concern too - I feel like we're missing one (ideally two) high...

Belfast sign the top point scoring defenseman in Denmark last season - hard to look past them this year!

Re: EIHL Other Team's Rosters 2026/27
Guildford seem to be quietly putting together a very good looking squad. They've got two very good netminders and have just completed their d, which looks very good on paper. Up front they have a top Brit in Waller and some fairly high scoring imports in Gosselin, Gresock and Neumann. If they can a...

Re: Steelers signings and departures
A point on profile of new signings - they need to be taken in context of those that have stayed. Cormier, Balmas, Juusola, Tait, IBN, Steele all under 30 (Tait just turned 30). Aarnio and Teissala, Brine, Whistle all added and under 30 (Aarnio and Teissala under 27). Diffley/Erkamps/Greenfield are ...

Cole Shudra signs in Belfast - so a straight B Whistle for Shudra swap.

Re: GAME THREAD: Steelers v Stars: Saturday 28th March
First action (after coaching team is set in stone) is looking at the plans for the Brit corps. I think Fox and the Sheffield organisation as a whole is doing a lot to help this recently (Kudos to Tony Smith and coaching teams). Steele, Lynch, IBN and Watson have all played EIHL minutes this year - ...
