Re: Exhibition games pre-sale tickets

We had booked the preseason game by now last year. It's a game we really look forward to, getting first sight of the team. This year we're waiting. The cost is way too high. Ordinarily, we'd book 2 adults and 2 children. If we do go, one of us will take the kids and one stay at home as it's too muc...

Re: Brendan Connolly Re-signs - Confirmed

As long as he’s on the third line I don’t really have an issue with it. If he’s on the first two lines then I think we’ve got problems for the season ahead.

Looks like we had to announce the re-signing as Connolly was listed on the sponsorship page the other day when it was released.

Re: Exhibition games pre-sale tickets

The Panthers game is a rip off so I can see why a lot of people will stay away especially with the current economic situation.

I believe the Coventry game is £8 though which I think is decent value for money and the club should get credit for the pricing of that game.

Re: EIHL Fixtures 2022/23

The opening weekend fixtures are: Saturday 10th September Fife vs. Dundee (Cup) Manchester vs. Coventry Nottingham vs. Guildford Sheffield vs. Cardiff Sunday 11th September Cardiff vs. Manchester Coventry vs. Nottingham ...

Looks like the same line up as last night so none of them are involved.

Re: GAME THREAD: Steelers v. HK Gomel. Sun, 21st November.

Brust starts for me seeing as Rok played the last game. Does anyone know if our injured players travelled? It would be great if a couple could play a few shifts to help out the short bench…..the games aren’t exactly very physical so I’m sure the odd shift wouldn’t hurt, depending on their injury of...

Re: Steelers 21/22 Signing Discussion

I’m delighted with the squad that Aaron Fox has built for the new season. Looks like we have good experience and have added more height on the d which was vital. Players like Ellerby should be invaluable to Sam Jones’ progression and Brust can be no bad thing for Churchfield and Warburton. Got doubt...

Re: Steelers 21/22 Signing Discussion

The only way it would be work is if Myers is on a two way deal in a similar way to Warburton and Shudra and plays when required or is a spare in case of injury.

Steven Seigo who he was with in Mora and Lukko.

I would think Seigo might be the most likely. On the other hand I could be totally wrong and it could be a European import that Ellerby has iced alongside.
